The Techbilt Companies were developing a master-planned community outside of Colorado Springs, Colorado and needed a cohesive identity that would tie the multiple neighborhoods, recreational facilities and other infrastructure together. Scott Peck Design created the look and feel for the overall community brand and then carefully blended that feel into individual logos for the various neighborhoods. Antler Creek Golf Course was branded along with the clubhouse restaurant and materials were developed for merchandising opportunities. We coordinated with the developer, project managers and architects to develop community, office and retail center signage that was consistent with the entire community. Even the local utility was branded. Good design and hard-working brand-identity makes a difference and adds to the beauty and quality of life we all enjoy every day.
